Occupational Health and Safety Specialist Careers
Occupational health and safety specialists help analyze different work environments to determine if there are any hazards in the area that could harm or impede employees. They help determine if a workspace is up to the regulation standards and provide insight on how to improve various locations, including factories, warehouses, and more.
An occupational specialist most often works full time with a traditional schedule. They often work in a company’s warehouse or factory location, but the job may include travel to other off-site work locations. Fieldwork may also be necessary to provide advice and management to various locations that are best viewed and evaluated in person.
